The explosion proof temperature measuring CCTV is equipped with two cameras, one high-definition camera is used to observe the real-time image in the kiln, and one infrared camera is used to measure the temperature in the kiln. In case of abnormality in the furnace, such as the power is cut off suddenly, or the temperature is too high, or the gas is cut off, the measuring camera will automatically exit the furnace to protect the safety of equipment. and will automatically enter the furnace after the camera temperature is back to normal. LM-BG700Ex adopts a dual optical path system structure, combines color CCD and near-infrared CCD, and uses the imaging technology of high-performance color and near-infrared CCD to develop a "full field real-time monitoring system for temperature of workpiece surface in furnace

Main functions:
The system can automatically and quickly detect the position of the object and the surface temperature of the material in the industrial furnace, which are not affected by the detection distance. The detection speed and accuracy are high, and the detection range is large. It can contribute with great significance to optimize the process control of cement rotary kiln, improve its product quality, save energy and reduce consumption. The temperature measuring industrial CCTV adopts a far infrared camera, a computer system and a traditional high-temperature industrial TV. The system can display the temperature of any 16 points in the monitoring picture. The traditional video output and thermal image output coexist, the temperature measurement accuracy is ± 2%, the optional 4-20ma output, and the temperature rise or fall alarm in the monitoring area.
The system uses PLC control technology to automatically control the entry and exit of the camera and lens. In case of problems in the system power supply, compressed air supply or when the temperature in the probe cover exceeds the range, the mechanism can automatically exit the furnace to automatically protect the equipment.
The whole set of equipment consists of camera protection device, actuator device, field component control cabinet, field gas bellows, optical fiber and cable, precision oil-water filter, central control converter and control box, computer host (including temperature measuring software), printer, display, etc. The equipment installation is simple. Each set of equipment only needs 3 days of on-site commissioning and training.
The software directly displays the pictures and temperatures on the screen about unlimited points and areas that can be measured in real time within the range. Individual or organizational alarms provide immediate information including thermal profiling, image storage, differential temperatures, real-time and historical data trends and high temperature points
