Product introduction: 
Chamber of a stove or furnace flame observation system is a kind of using machine vision technology petrochemical endoscopic type heating furnace, furnace flame monitoring system to meet under II C gas group (typical for hydrogen gas, acetylene, ethylene and coke oven gas, dimethyl ether, etc.) using explosive material environment.
The furnace flame observation system enables the operator to intuitively grasp the conditions of flame combustion and atomization, furnace tube, insulation layer and nozzle coking in the furnace through smooth images. The machine vision technology analyzes and processes the burner flame and furnace tube images in the visual field. It can identify the burst of fire in each burner flame extinction and non-flame burning area, and output the alarm signal to the automatic system and DCS.

Function Feature:
The furnace flame observation system adopts the industry standard service-oriented network architecture, and constructs the integrated management platform integrating video monitoring, image analysis, display and management
The structure and C/S architecture can effectively reduce the complexity of system construction, improve the flexibility of distributed deployment, provide unified internal and external interface services, and facilitate system expansion and centralized management. The system supports ONVIF interface protocol and provides access ports for office network and CCTV throughout the factory.
Flashover integrated high temperature camera is a monitoring device combined with digital HD industrial camera and machine vision technology. The high temperature resistant shield forced to be cooled by vortex wind can extend the camera into the furnace at 2000ºC for observation. Digital HD industrial camera automatically adjusts the output level according to the brightness change of flame to keep the image clear; Equipped with the axial cruise device, the camera can make ±180° axial patrol and realize the observation of the whole furnace.
Image analysis server is a powerful analysis tool, which adopts machine vision technology to simulate the visual behavior of human eyes, can accurately identify the flame-out of burner and furnace tube leakage in the visual field, and output alarm signal, and constitute a complete monitoring system with flameproof high temperature integrated camera.
